These terms govern your use of QuickRoute's logistics platform and services. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuickRoute's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of our platform, including browsers, registered customers, business account holders, and API integrators. Use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms in their entirety.

2. Description of Services

QuickRoute provides logistics and shipping services including package pickup, transit, delivery, real-time tracking, warehousing, and related services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. Service availability may vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather events, customs delays, or carrier disruptions.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at security@quickroute.com. QuickRoute reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to ship prohibited items or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Prohibited items include but are not limited to: illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials, counterfeit goods, live animals (without special approval), and items that violate import/export laws. See our complete Prohibited Items list for full details. Violations may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.

5. Liability Limitations

QuickRoute's liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited to the declared value of the package, not to exceed $1,000 per shipment unless additional insurance is purchased.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, customs, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Additional insurance is available at checkout for shipments exceeding $1,000 in value.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of shipment creation. All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes where required by law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds for cancelled shipments are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Disputed charges must be reported within 60 days. We use PCI-DSS compliant payment processors and never store raw card data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the QuickRoute platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and APIs, is the property of QuickRoute Logistics Inc.

Our content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent. Our API may be used in accordance with our separate API Terms of Service. The QuickRoute name, logo, and brand marks are registered trademarks.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine, United States.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Aroostook County, Maine, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action waiver applies. You waive the right to a jury trial.

9. Modifications to Terms

QuickRoute reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes via email and a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
